Voya Financial, Inc. has unveiled My Absence Voyage™, a new parental leave planning tool developed in collaboration with Penguin Benefits, a SaaS innovator specializing in simplifying complex employee benefit experiences. This new tool aims to streamline the parental leave process for expectant parents, offering clear, personalized guidance as they plan their time away from work.
Accessible to employer groups enrolled in Voya Leave Management services, My Absence Voyage provides users with step-by-step support to better understand both paid and unpaid leave entitlements. The tool integrates the latest federal and state regulations with employer-specific benefits, giving employees a comprehensive and personalized view of their options.
