HubEngage has introduced two new AI-driven functionalities – AI Surveys and AI Microlearning – that will help businesses enhance employee engagement, cut down on HR workload, and save costs related to HR. The new features are mainly targeted to companies with frontline and distributed workers, where communication, training, and feedback are quite intensive.
The company came up with the new features to solve various employee-related issues, like old employee survey methods and lengthy employee training methods. Traditional annual surveys miss out on giving insights on time, and regular training programs require so much HR involvement and also cause interruption in the operation. HubEngage’s new AI features have been developed to take over these roles and make them more efficient and available to businesses regardless of the size.
AI Surveys can initiate the creation and sending of short pulse surveys to employees based on scheduling or employee milestones (like completion of onboarding, change of role, work anniversaries). After collecting the responses, AI agents are able to perform an analysis of employee sentiment as well as detect major trends across more than 40 workplace categories such as job satisfaction, career development, workplace culture, and management effectiveness. The platform gives insight at organizational and team levels and at the same time it takes away a lot of human effort that is usually needed in doing and analyzing surveys.

“Organizations that only run annual surveys are essentially making decisions about their people with year-old data,” said Tushneem Dharmagadda, CEO and Founder of HubEngage. “AI Surveys give them a continuous, real-time pulse on their workforce without adding to anyone’s workload.”
The company’s second innovation, AI Microlearning, focuses on employee training and knowledge retention. When organizations update policies, procedures, or learning materials within the platform, the system automatically generates short quizzes and sends them directly to employees’ mobile devices. Immediate feedback on incorrect responses helps reinforce learning, while an integrated AI chatbot provides instant answers to employee questions using company-specific information.
HubEngage estimates that organizations can significantly reduce the time managers and HR teams spend answering routine employee questions and administering training. The new features are part of the company’s broader workforce experience platform, which combines employee communications, continuous learning, scheduling, task management, and workforce operations into a single solution tailored for growing businesses seeking enterprise-level capabilities without added complexity.
