NWN, a leading provider of AI-powered technology solutions, has launched two innovative offerings—AiVA, an intelligent virtual assistant, and Managed Digital Employee Experience (DEX), a cloud-based platform-aimed at transforming how organizations deliver IT support and enhance employee productivity. Introduced during NWN’s third annual Newport Summit, these solutions bring a proactive, predictive, and data-driven approach to digital workplace management.

By integrating real-time device insights and conversational AI, AiVA and Managed DEX enable employees to independently address common IT issues such as sluggish computers, network connectivity problems, or missing applications—often without needing to submit a support ticket. This shift not only reduces IT workloads but also improves user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

“The modern workforce expects intuitive, always-on support,” said Jim Sullivan, President and CEO of NWN. “AiVA and DEX deliver just that—turning insights into action and simplifying complex requests from employees through AI. By integrating conversational AI with real-time device intelligence that can function with an organization’s HRIS platforms, such as Dayforce, we’re helping customers shift to a seamless digital employee experience.”

The combined capabilities of AiVA and Managed DEX deflect up to 50% of support tickets from day one, proactively monitor device health and compliance, and offer multilingual, sentiment-aware support in over 100 languages. The solutions are integrated with NWN’s Experience Management Platform (EMP), providing centralized observability and automation for IT operations.

Backed by measurable results, NWN’s latest offerings are helping over 6,000 customers streamline support processes and drive digital transformation. A recent Deloitte report reinforces the market’s trajectory, predicting that by 2027, half of organizations leveraging generative AI will adopt agentic AI tools for automating complex workflows—a trend NWN is poised to lead.
