ServiceNow and UKG Partner to Elevate Workforce Productivity with Integrated AI Agents

At the Knowledge 2025 conference in Las Vegas, ServiceNow and UKG announced a strategic collaboration to enhance employee productivity through the integration of their AI technologies. UKG’s AI solutions, powered by UKG People Fabric, will integrate with ServiceNow’s newly introduced AI Agent Fabric, aiming to streamline operational and administrative tasks across payroll, workforce management, and HR solutions.

The partnership focuses on deploying AI agents to automate and simplify complex workflows, thereby improving efficiency and employee experiences. Tasks such as onboarding, leave management, internal job changes, and time-off requests will be managed seamlessly through the integrated platform. Additionally, the collaboration seeks to modernize payroll processes by providing real-time responses to employee inquiries, allowing payroll teams to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
