Aspect announced its Q4 2025 product release. This includes AI forecasting, better performance tools, and regional growth for its cloud-based workforce management platform. The update shows the company’s commitment to offering contact centers smart, scalable solutions. These solutions aim to boost efficiency and improve employee engagement.
A major highlight is Predictive Forecasting, now offered through an upgraded Forecast Dashboard. The feature uses built-in AI to automatically generate four-week call volume projections that refresh daily, eliminating manual setup and giving planners more accurate, assumption-free predictions. By drawing on historical trends and adaptive algorithms, the system enables faster scheduling and reduces the time spent on one of workforce planning’s most demanding tasks. “Forecasting is one of the most critical and time-consuming aspects of workforce planning,” said Royce Haynes, Aspect’s Chief Technology Officer. “Our Predictive Intelligent Forecasting removes the manual overhead by continuously learning from data and automatically generating more precise forecasts. This gives analysts and planners the insights they need to plan confidently while saving valuable time.”

The update also marks a significant global expansion, extending the Cloud Workforce experience and Developer Portal to Canada, the UK, and Europe. The expansion brings consistent capabilities across markets, supports regional compliance standards, and provides access to 42 Cloud WFM APIs, with additional APIs coming through new HRIS & Payroll Data Connect features. “This expansion provides global parity for developers and enables seamless integration with existing systems–giving workforces around the globe access to the same intelligent tools,” said Tina Ghanem, Aspect’s Director of Product.
To further support employee growth, the release introduces the Employee Performance Hub, offering real-time insights into adherence, handle time, and call volumes. Alongside these additions, Aspect WEM Version 25 includes improvements across workforce, quality, and performance modules, including automated reforecasting, bulk skills updates, modernized REST APIs, and streamlined administrative controls.
