Orgvue has launched Henshaw AI, a new set of AI tools. These tools aim to speed up organizational design and workforce planning by automating complex data analysis. Announced in London and New York, these enhancements use generative AI and machine learning. They integrate directly into the Orgvue platform. This allows organizations to find structural opportunities and transformation needs much more efficiently.
The initial release features two early-access tools: Henshaw Roles and Henshaw Assistant. Inspired by George Holt Henshaw, creator of the first organizational chart, the suite is built to augment human judgment and support faster, evidence-based decision-making in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Henshaw Roles streamlines job architecture by automatically grouping similar positions into defined roles, clusters, and job families—reducing work that typically takes weeks or months to just minutes. This acceleration supports more agile workforce planning and talent strategy development.

Henshaw Assistant, a conversational AI tool, allows HR and transformation leaders to query organizational data using natural language. By quickly surfacing insights and pinpointing action areas, the assistant shifts teams’ focus from data wrangling to strategic execution.
Early adopters are already reporting major efficiency gains. “Orgvue’s automated role-clustering capability will save a huge amount of time in surfacing opportunities for organizational redesign, workforce planning, and cost reduction. What we’ve seen so far is truly game changing for design work,” said Stacey Anderson, Director of Organizational Strategy and Effectiveness at Salesforce.
Orgvue emphasizes that Henshaw AI is designed with safety and human-centricity at its core, supported by strict global compliance standards and protected through dedicated LLM environments. More capabilities within the Henshaw suite are planned for release throughout 2026.
