DDN, a provider of AI and data intelligence solutions, has appointed Lauren Bloch as its new Chief People and Culture Officer as the company continues to expand its global operations to meet growing demand for AI infrastructure and data intelligence solutions.
In her new role, Bloch will lead DDN’s global people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workplace experience, and company culture. Reporting to Guido Torrini, Chief Financial and Operating Officer, she will work alongside the executive leadership team to strengthen the organization’s capabilities as DDN scales its business worldwide.
The appointment comes as AI adoption accelerates across enterprises, cloud providers, governments, and research institutions. DDN is expanding its workforce and operational model to support increasing customer demand while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and employee development.

Bloch brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership across technology companies. Before joining DDN, she served as Chief People Officer at Movable Ink, where she led the company’s People and Workplace Experience teams. Earlier, she spent more than six years at Meta, serving as Global HR Director and supporting multidisciplinary teams across more than 35 international markets.
