Kyndryl, a global leader in mission-critical enterprise technology services, announced that Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Maryjo Charbonnier will retire on March 31 after a distinguished tenure spanning nearly two decades in public-company HR leadership. Charbonnier will continue to support Kyndryl as an Executive Advisor through August. She will be succeeded by Mark Paulek, effective April 1.

Paulek, who joined Kyndryl in 2022, has been central to designing and executing the company’s human capital strategy. He has led HR efforts for Kyndryl’s commercial organization, driving transformation across countries, practices, consulting, and delivery operations. His appointment underscores the company’s emphasis on succession planning and talent development to fuel ongoing growth.
