Sodexo appoints Agnès Park as Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Sodexo has announced the appointment of Agnès Park as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 1, 2026. In her new role, she will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Thierry Delaporte and become a member of the company’s Global Executive Team.

Park joins Sodexo with more than two decades of international human resources leadership experience spanning multiple sectors, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, and technology life sciences. Throughout her career, she has successfully developed and executed people strategies that align workforce capabilities with business priorities while supporting both immediate operational needs and long-term organizational growth.

Her expertise includes leading large-scale transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership pipelines, developing talent management frameworks, and implementing workforce planning strategies that foster sustainable business performance. She has also built a strong track record in promoting constructive labor relations and effective social dialogue across global organizations.

Agnès Park brings more than 27 years of experience leading human resources functions within complex, multinational organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Valeo, a global automotive technology company with operations in 32 countries and a workforce exceeding 100,000 employees.

In that position, she oversaw the company’s global HR strategy, spearheading cultural and organizational transformation efforts while strengthening leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives across the business.

Before joining Valeo, Park held several senior HR leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and technology life sciences industries. In these positions, she partnered closely with executive leadership teams to navigate organizational change, support business expansion, and enhance workforce capabilities across international markets.

Her broad cross-industry experience provides a unique perspective on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development in rapidly evolving business environments. Based in France, Agnès Park is French and is fluent in English and Korean, bringing a multicultural outlook that aligns with Sodexo’s diverse global workforce and international operations.

With her appointment, Sodexo further strengthens its executive leadership team as it continues to focus on building a high-performance culture, accelerating growth, and delivering exceptional service experiences worldwide.
