Share

Crucial Learning has unveiled the Crucial Learning Platform (CLP), which is a web-based application that integrates the delivery of courses and assessments, AI-based practices and repetition, learning resources, and program management within a single portal. CLP has been created in such a manner that allows in-person, online, and on-demand learning while providing equal access to courses, programs, and interactions for learners, trainers, and administrators. The learners are entitled to receive feedback, SDI knowledge, practice after learning, and resources at the workplace to consolidate the learnings. The trainers and learning managers can manage the learners, licenses, events, learner engagement, and learning activities with help of administration capabilities. The platform is included with Crucial Learning learner licenses at no additional cost.

“Organizations don’t invest in learning simply to build knowledge. They invest to change behavior and improve results,” said Andy Shimberg, CEO of Crucial Learning. “CLP helps close the gap between knowing what to do and applying it when it matters. When people apply new behaviors in the moments that shape how work gets done, learning moves beyond principles and skills and impacts execution and performance. CLP helps support that behavior change.” CLP enables learners to close the gap between knowing and doing. In other words, as per the company’s website, the platform is created to promote flexibility and accessibility in learning while ensuring the learner keeps practicing and changes his or her behavior.
