Guild, a workforce development platform, has achieved Workday Certified Integration status with the launch of the Guild Workday HCM Connector, designed to simplify how employers manage workforce data and employee eligibility for education and skilling programs. The certified connector establishes a direct connection between Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Guild, replacing manual file transfers with automated employee data synchronization. This helps employers maintain more accurate and current eligibility information while reducing implementation complexity and ongoing administrative maintenance. For organizations offering Guild’s education and skilling benefits to large workforces, the integration can improve operational efficiency and provide a more reliable way to connect employees with relevant development opportunities.
