HeyMilo AI, the first agentic recruiting platform developed especially for scalable hiring purposes, has received an investment of $6 million from Category Ventures, alongside other investors such as Canaan Partners, Alumni Ventures, and ERA, aimed at enhancing its production capabilities while scaling up its customized AI suite. In a time when AI-based recruiting technology is fast being adopted by candidates but the corporate world still lags behind with their usual resume filtering methods and human contact, HeyMilo offers its services embedded within application processes. The technology deploys a coordinated fleet of autonomous voice, video, phone, SMS, and resume screening agents to intercept and process applicants the moment they apply, feeding rubric-scored data and transcripts directly into existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

To advance its automated intelligence layer already utilized to screen over one million candidates by leading staffing agencies, RPOs, and enterprise corporations such as Randstad, WilsonHCG, and Neo Financial HeyMilo is launching three additional specialized agents: AI Scenario Assessment to score candidate problem-solving in live AI-assisted rubrics, Candidate Recommendations to automatically resurface and rank passive applicants from the corporate ATS, and Notetaker to extract structured signals across recruiter-led interviews.
