Hudson Talent Solutions has introduced HudsonFlow, a major addition to its Hudson TalentFusion™ digital ecosystem, marking a significant advancement in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) through a human-led, Agentic AI-enabled delivery framework. Integrated alongside HudsonIQ and HudsonCore, the new solution is built by an in-house innovation team led by Chief Digital Officer Stephanie Edwards, who noted, “HudsonFlow represents the next evolution in how we bring technology and talent together.” At its center is TESS, Hudson’s proprietary Agentic AI agent capable of predicting, executing, and optimizing end-to-end recruitment actions without continuous prompting.

However, TESS is not a standalone product; it is embedded fully into Hudson’s delivery model to preserve the firm’s human-first philosophy. The launch positions Hudson as the first RPO provider to integrate Agentic AI directly into its operations, aligning with the company’s transformation from Hudson RPO to Hudson Talent Solutions. Industry expert Lokesh Goyal of Everest Group stated that this shift “reflects a step in the right direction” as enterprises seek unified, analytics-driven talent solutions. With strong early demand, HudsonFlow is being rolled out progressively across client programs, with CEO Jake Zabkowicz highlighting its potential to drive efficiency, deeper insights, and scalable growth.
