Share

Interplay Learning, a leader in immersive training for trades, has expanded its Apprenticeship Services. It also launched new Engagement Services. These target two main challenges: finding qualified talent and keeping learners engaged. Many companies face labor shortages and lack resources for structured apprenticeship programs. Interplay’s improved Apprenticeship Services help start and manage Registered Apprenticeship Programs. They make administrative tasks easier and use simulation-based training for Related Technical Instruction needs. The new Engagement Services help organizations keep training participation high. They manage program audits, track learner progress, automate communications, and generate reports.

This allows businesses to boost performance without needing more staff. “The trades need more qualified workers, and apprenticeships are gaining renewed national attention as a proven solution. But many companies lack the time and resources to build effective programs,” said Doug Donovan, CEO and founder of Interplay Learning. “Our services help companies start or manage apprenticeship programs and keep learners on track, removing barriers to workforce development.” Through these initiatives, Interplay Learning aims to streamline workforce development and strengthen the pipeline of skilled professionals in the trades industry.
