isolved Introduces Benefits Hub to Improve Employee Benefits Access and Utilization

Share

isolved, a Workforce Capital Management (WCM) firm, has launched a new product called Benefits Hub which will be offered as a part of isolved People Cloud and expected to be rolled out in November 2026. This new solution will allow the users to get access to their benefits, comprehend what is on offer, and use them throughout the year. It is going to assist both employees and employers as well as benefit brokers. The release of the product responds to a utilization problem found during workforce research when employees do not make the most of their benefits while employers keep adding new products. Five benefits features were combined into one dashboard: enrollment, life events, overview, retirement contributions, and spending account management.

“Benefits shouldn’t be something employees only think about once a year,” said Amy Mosher, Chief People Officer at isolved. “But to change that, they need simple ways to see the benefits they have and understand how those benefits support their health, finances and families year-round. When employees can find those answers on their own, they’re more likely to use their benefits and HR spends less time answering the same questions.” According to Kelli Rico, Chief Product Officer at isolved, the solution will offer personalized nudges among others, which will help employees make use of their available benefits before it is too late. It should be noted that the solution will augment the brokers’ services but not replace them.
