Medely Launches Workforce Orchestration Platform to Transform Healthcare Labor Management

Share

Medely has launched Talent Fusion, a platform for managing healthcare workforces. This marks a shift from being just a staffing provider to a true workforce operations partner. The platform goes beyond reactive staffing. It combines scheduling, credentialing, labor supply, utilization, and performance data. This gives leaders real-time insights into their entire clinical workforce. The launch follows a 2025 Medely-commissioned survey. It showed a heavy reliance on contingent labor. Flexible clinicians make up 11% to 50% of staff, with annual agency costs hitting $2.5 million. This highlights the financial risks of reactive workforce management.

As healthcare becomes more complex, Talent Fusion uses forecasting and AI-driven planning. It optimizes internal schedules, automatically fills remaining shifts with flexible labor, and reduces overtime costs. It also cuts down on expensive last-minute agency use. “Healthcare leaders don’t just need more labor options; they need control,” said Waleed Nasr, CEO of Medely. Built in collaboration with healthcare leaders, the platform prioritizes coverage optimization, cost visibility, and administrative efficiency, setting a new standard for managing clinical labor at scale.
