OnPay Expands HR Offerings to Support Growing Small Businesses

OnPay has announced the launch of an expanded HR add-on and new enhancements aimed at helping small- and medium-sized businesses manage payroll and human resources through a single, streamlined platform. Known for its transparent, flat-rate pricing, OnPay will continue to offer core payroll and HR tools—such as multistate payroll, unlimited pay runs, tax forms, benefits administration, integrations, and hiring and onboarding—within its standard Payroll Essentials subscription. The newly introduced optional HR add-on is designed for companies that require more advanced, ongoing HR support as their teams grow and operations become more complex.
