Research indicates that, despite 96 percent of employees recognizing the value of feedback, only half take action when they receive unclear and ineffective feedback. This new course will provide employees with tools to communicate feedback that will increase trust. “Feedback conversations shape culture every single day. When employees know how to give and receive feedback well, it reduces conflict, strengthens trust, and helps teams move forward together.” said Katherin Nukk-Freeman, Co-Founder and President of SHIFT HR Compliance Training. Developed by employment attorneys and workplace training experts, the program fits easily into daily workflows while reinforcing effective communication practices across teams.
