The alliance’s strategy aims to provide large organizations with a new approach to managing payroll across countries that will help reduce systems fragmentation and provide improved governance compliance reporting, and delivery. Combining global control with local execution will give companies a more consistent view of their global workforce while providing flexibility across managed, technology-enabled in-house, and hybrid payroll models. The partnership will also add advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) to enable greater automation, more business insight, and more efficient execution of payroll processes.
