Allvia will be led by CEO Fred Pettijohn, an experienced executive and investor who partnered with Trinity Hunt through its Exec+ program. The platform is designed to combine hands-on workforce expertise with scalable infrastructure to help employers manage growing complexity around compliance, cost control, and employee experience. “Melita has earned a strong reputation for helping clients address their most complex workforce challenges,” said Fred Pettijohn, CEO of Allvia.
