The acquisition accelerates Findem’s debut of the Intelligent Job Post, a first-of-its-kind innovation that shifts job postings from static listings to autonomous AI-driven agents capable of sourcing, qualifying, and delivering fully vetted candidates. The launch establishes a new model for recruitment: outcome-based hiring powered by autonomous agents rather than traditional post-and-wait methods.
