HireClix Introduces Quick Apply to Streamline Applications and Boost Candidate Conversion

Share

HireClix has launched Quick Apply, a new feature for career sites. This tool simplifies the application process and helps employers attract more serious candidates. Job seekers can apply directly from an employer’s site. Their information is smoothly transferred into the applicant tracking system (ATS). This means no separate logins or long forms are needed.

This change tackles a common issue in hiring. Candidates often get sent from a company’s site to an external ATS. There, complicated navigation and repeated data entry can disrupt their application. In today’s competitive job market, even small hurdles can make a big difference. According to HireClix’s 2025 Candidate Experience Survey, 36% of job seekers abandon applications because they are too long or difficult to navigate.

“When we help recruiting teams thoughtfully recognize ways to improve the candidate experience, we give their employer brand a boost and help them attract a higher caliber of talent,” said Neil Costa, CEO and Founder at HireClix. “Too many systems and solutions ignore the basic needs and behavior of the applicant, and as a result, organizations pay the price for that bad experience. Their employer brand is impacted by this negative experience, discouraging quality candidates who may choose to opt out of a challenging application process.”

Quick Apply is available to organizations using HireClix’s enterprise career site solution and integrates with all major ATS platforms. Employers can use this feature for all job postings to boost applicant numbers. They can also choose to enable it only for hard-to-fill roles. This flexibility helps recruiting teams adjust their strategies based on hiring needs.

The feature works well for specialized or technical roles. Candidates may hesitate to spend time on a complex application. Quick Apply lets employers ask for only a few custom fields. This way, candidates can quickly show interest. Recruiters still get enough info to start the conversation.

Quick Apply builds on HireClix’s efforts to improve career sites and the candidate experience. It follows updates like Second Chance Pages. These changes show the company’s focus on reducing friction in hiring. They also strengthen employer branding and boost conversion outcomes.
