The collaboration aims to give Mitratech’s Applicant Tracking (Talentreef) customers access to Talroo’s unique pool of jobseekers, 70% of whom aren’t found on traditional job boards while streamlining sourcing and improving hiring efficiency.
Through the integration, employers can tap into Talroo’s AI-driven candidate matching, real-time campaign optimization, and direct-apply capabilities, delivering qualified applicants directly into the Mitratech ATS. This approach reduces low-quality matches and connects businesses with high-intent candidates faster, particularly in industries like food service, hospitality, retail, and logistics.
