MedTrainer is the all-in-one compliance and credentialing platform for healthcare. It ended 2025 with a record year of innovation. The company launched many product updates and AI-driven automation to simplify regulations and speed up provider onboarding.
In the past year, MedTrainer’s product team delivered over 130 software updates. These updates aimed to reduce manual work, cut errors, and improve efficiency for credentialing and compliance teams. The company also released nearly 250 new healthcare courses and updated hundreds more to meet changing industry standards.
“Through rapid product enhancements, expanded automation, and real-world expertise, we’re empowering our clients to reduce manual work, accelerate onboarding, and stay ahead of regulatory demands with confidence,” said Todd Scott, Chief Technology Officer in Product & Engineering at MedTrainer. “This commitment drives everything we do at MedTrainer — ensuring healthcare teams can move faster, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most: patient care.”
To sustain this pace, MedTrainer expanded its product engineering organization by more than 25% in 2025, marking its fifth consecutive year of team growth. A key differentiator behind the platform’s evolution is MedTrainer’s in-house credentialing team of more than 120 specialists, whose daily, hands-on experience managing tens of thousands of providers directly informs product design and feature development.

Throughout the year, MedTrainer introduced a new generation of credentialing automation. Enhancements like smart form filling, automated data extraction, and AI-driven document handling cut down on repetitive tasks. This sped up provider onboarding. Auto-generated credentialing packets removed the need for manual compilation. Expanded primary source verification now links to over 5,000 trusted data sources nationwide via secure APIs.
AI-enhanced workflows made the platform stronger. This includes tools for document classification, real-time compliance guidance, regulatory monitoring, and automated form mapping. New dashboards and reporting views provide clearer insights into bottlenecks. This helps avoid delays that could affect revenue.
MedTrainer combines deep industry knowledge with customized AI. This approach transforms how healthcare organizations manage compliance, credentialing, and workforce readiness. As a result, processes become faster, more accurate, and easier to scale.
