The acquisition merges Abode’s early-career programming capabilities with 10KC’s strength in post-hire development, offering HR, L&D, and Talent teams a single system to deliver impactful, scalable, and personalized learning experiences. The unified platform provides smart matching, built-in community features, centralized communication, and robust analytics to foster higher engagement and retention.
Organizations using both platforms have already reported significant gains, including a 50% drop in preboarding reneges, a 27% increase in early talent conversion, and a 60% boost in internal mobility.
