Atana Launches AI-Powered Organizational Insights to Transform Learning into Strategic Action

Atana, a leader in behavior-based learning and development solutions, has announced the general availability of Atana Organizational Insights, a new analytics platform designed to help companies bridge learning gaps, enhance workforce performance, and reduce business risk through data-driven intelligence.

The new solution captures behavioral data from Atana’s learning courses—used by over 400 organizations worldwide—and transforms it into actionable intelligence. Atana embeds behavioral assessments in training. This measures knowledge, attitudes, and the chance employees will apply what they learn. The platform maps these insights across teams, locations, and departments. This helps leaders see where transformation is happening and where more focus is needed.
