Cornerstone OnDemand has broadened its partnership with Amazon Web Services to deliver expanded AI and cloud training opportunities through its learning platform, helping organizations address growing demand for technical skills and workforce readiness.
As part of the collaboration, Cornerstone will integrate a large collection of AWS-developed learning content into its Cornerstone Content Subscriptions offering. The initiative is designed to help businesses strengthen internal expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, and solution architecture while supporting employees preparing for AWS certification programs.
The announcement also follows the recent launch of Cornerstone Workforce AI™ and includes the addition of Cornerstone Workforce AI – Intelligence+ to the company’s listing on the AWS Marketplace. The solution is intended to help organizations make more informed workforce decisions as businesses continue adapting to rapid technological and operational change.

As per Cornerstone, the expanded course library will enable users to get access to over 6,000 video-enabled courses in over ten languages. The course offerings will grow further with the addition of both introductory-level and advanced training materials covering topics such as AWS technology, AI implementation, data handling, and cloud infrastructure management.
This development is taking place against a backdrop where companies are finding themselves under constant pressure to rapidly reskill their employees in light of changes brought about by AI. An independent study carried out by Cornerstone together with Lighthouse Research & Advisory revealed that eight out of ten firms witness substantial changes in skill requirements post-hire.
