Share

Emtrain, a compliance training leader, has released a certified integration with Workday Cloud Connect for Learning. More than 70 million Workday users now have access to Emtrain’s compliance training content, skills-based learning, and analytics directly within Workday Learning.

The integration enables HR and compliance groups to automate training management. The Workday platform unites compliance and skill-building capabilities. Organizations are able to easily assign, deliver, and report on Emtrain’s training courses. They won’t have to keep standalone systems or upload SCORM files manually.

“Our clients are under pressure to simplify operations while improving compliance and culture outcomes,” Emtrain CEO Janine Yancey said. “With the integration of our analytics and training into the Workday platform, we’re making it simpler for firms to build skills and react to workforce risk insights within current workflows.”

With xAPI real-time synchronization, learner progress and completion data are updated automatically in Workday, and Emtrain’s Risk Intelligence platform picks up on behavioral cues that provide more subtle reads on organizational culture and potential compliance risk.

Key benefits for Workday customers are:

Centralized Operations: Embed compliance training and skill development directly into Workday.

Automated Content Management: Emtrain’s course library auto-refreshes, eliminating manual uploads.

More Discoverable Skills: Learning is tied to essential leadership and compliance skills for easier discoverability.

Insights from Data: Embedded analytics alert users in real time about cultural or compliance risks.

Streamlined and Secure Access: Single sign-on (SSO) and centralized monitoring make access easier for users and admins.

Emtrain customers and Workday Learning users can now connect through their Customer Success Managers. This is a big step toward smarter, integrated, and scalable workforce compliance management.
