George Herat Joins Recruitment Tech Company Tracker as COO

TrackerRMS, a global leader in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software for the recruitment and staffing industry, has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of tech executive George Herat as Chief Operating Officer.

Based in London, Herat has a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operating leverage in private equity-backed businesses such as Tracker. Herat will work alongside Tracker CEO Andy Jones and the entire global team to optimize the company’s operational efficiency and customer experience.

With specialties that include scaling operations, growth strategy, M&A, go-to-market execution, and customer success, Herat most recently served as managing director and COO of the High Growth & SME division at employee benefits software provider Benifex (formerly Benify), which recently was acquired by Apax Partners. He began his career at PwC in London, working with some of the world’s largest private equity funds and their management teams to create value.
