These enhanced AI agents will be embedded directly into Workday applications, offering more intuitive, conversational experiences and greater operational efficiency across the enterprise.
The upgraded Illuminate Agents aim to streamline routine tasks and surface insights within the flow of work, helping users make faster, more informed decisions. New capabilities include intelligent automation for tasks such as job requisition creation, workforce planning, and budget forecasting—reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
