Employees can report absences up to 90% faster than with traditional phone systems. With the Indeavor Engage mobile app, workers can easily submit notices for absences or late arrivals. The system checks requests automatically. It creates approved leave records and sends real-time alerts to supervisors and HR. Indeavor says this solution eliminates fragmented workflows involving calls, texts, and emails.
