Valence Expands AI Coaching Capabilities Across Microsoft 365 Ecosystem

Valence has expanded its AI coaching platform, Nadia, into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This change offers more personalized coaching within daily workflows. Nadia will enhance its Microsoft Teams integration by using improved access to Microsoft Graph. It will also work with Work IQ for better insights into team dynamics and collaboration patterns. The platform embeds coaching into everyday tasks. Employees can access help with leadership, onboarding, communication, and team collaboration all in one tool. For instance, Nadia identifies gaps in workplace interactions.
