Workera has introduced its AI Readiness Index Bundle, a new assessment solution aimed at helping organizations evaluate workforce preparedness for the rapidly evolving AI landscape. The offering is designed to provide enterprises with measurable, evidence-based insights into employee AI capabilities across different roles and seniority levels.
The company says the new bundle moves beyond traditional methods such as self-assessments and course completion tracking, which often fail to accurately reflect practical AI skills. Instead, the platform focuses on performance-based evaluations tailored to five workforce personas, ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership.
“We are seeing three distinct levels of AI proficiency emerge across the workforce,” said Kian Katanforoosh, founder and CEO of Workera. “Those who use AI the way they once used search; those who use AI as a productivity partner or agent; and those who orchestrate always-on agents around their work, effectively becoming superworkers. The goal of this new AI Readiness Index is to help individuals, organizations, and their boards understand where they stand today, and what it will take to close the gap toward the next level of capability.”

The AI Readiness Index Bundle offers tests for different types of people like frontline workers, product managers engineers data scientists, and business leaders. Normally, tests take about 20-30 mins and instead of traditional multiple-choice questions, tests are done using the evidence-centered design approach. Tests results given through the dashboard with benchmarking tools, heatmaps, and cohort analysis to help organizations figure out the weaknesses and the priority of skills development.
As Workera, the assessments are compared against the benchmark data of over 1 million tests performed across their enterprise client network. The platform also connects with over 250 HR and talent management systems including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, which allows companies to easily include AI readiness data into their workforce planning exercises.
Workera wants to help companies quickly establish a trustworthy AI capability baseline by offering fast implementation and position-specific examination, In particular when companies are going AI-operated business models abstract.
