Jobsity, a provider of nearshore staff augmentation and technology solutions for the U.S. has announced the acquisition of the Argentine company Eureka Labs, a company recognized for its AI-driven talent and development services. This acquisition is a major step in Jobsity’s growth strategy as it increases the company’s regional presence, service capacity and technical competence throughout Latin America.

This purchase merges two organizations which operate very similar business models and which have a shared dedication to delivering high quality talent solutions. By merging their resources and capabilities, the companies intend to enhance their capacity to assist U.S. companies in obtaining scalable, nearshore technology teams, while at the same time, they are very keen to preserve their emphasis on culture, quality and long-term customer success.

“This is more than an acquisition, it is the coming together of two companies that share a common vision for excellence, growth, and impact,” said Andres Garzon, CEO of Jobsity. “From the beginning, our strategy has been to build a company capable of competing at the highest levels of our industry. Eureka Labs represents not only strategic alignment, but also cultural alignment, which we believe is essential for sustainable growth.”

Through the acquisition, Jobsity expects to broaden its network of technology professionals across Latin America, increase delivery capacity for existing and future clients, and deepen its expertise in staff augmentation and team-scaling solutions. The addition of Eureka Labs also strengthens Jobsity’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, an area of growing demand among enterprises seeking advanced digital transformation solutions.

Eureka Labs has earned recognition for its operational excellence and successful delivery of technology talent to organizations in the United States. Its expertise in AI-centric product development will likely enhance Jobsity’s widening range of services and assist in next innovation projects.

The collaboration was partially the result of contacts made via the entrepreneurial community developed by Endeavor, which served as a bridge for the relationship between the two companies.

While integration is at the starting point, Jobsity intends to concentrate on maintaining client and employee satisfaction and at the same time take the best from the strengths of both companies. The acquisition is a departure point for the company’s growth and also shows its desire to be a top nearshore talent partner for businesses in the tech race.
