Stevenson Search Partners and HAVEN have formed a strategic partnership under a newly created holding company, Tidemark Talent Solutions, aimed at delivering an integrated human capital platform that spans the entire leadership lifecycle. Larry Dolinko, CEO of Stevenson Search Partners and Tidemark, will lead the platform. It will combine executive search, on-demand talent solutions, leadership advisory, coaching, and organizational development. It will also pursue acquisitions of specialized human capital firms. This initiative aims to tackle a key market challenge. Many organizations use different providers for talent assessment, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.

Tidemark aims to unify these services. This way, it offers a more coordinated and seamless approach to leadership and organizational performance. Commenting on the launch, Dolinko said, “Companies often rely on multiple disconnected partners across the leadership lifecycle – one firm to assess talent, another to recruit executives and key talent, another to support onboarding and development.” While Stevenson Search Partners and HAVEN will continue operating under their respective brands, clients will gain access to a broader portfolio of integrated talent and leadership solutions, particularly within the life sciences sector.
