Dental workforce marketplace GoTu and Henry Schein, Inc., the world’s largest provider of healthcare solutions to office-based practitioners, have announced a strategic partnership to expand technology-enabled staffing support across the United States. Under the agreement, GoTu’s skill-sharing marketplace will collaborate with Henry Schein Dental Recruitment Services  The collaboration connects Henry Schein’s extensive customer network to GoTu’s platform, which has filled more than 500,000 shifts since its 2019 launch by matching dental offices with registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, and associate dentists for both short-term and permanent positioning needs.

This alliance addresses severe, systemic workforce shortages across the dental sector—validated by GoTu’s third annual State of Work survey conducted alongside the American Dental Hygienists’ Association—which frequently trigger operational strain and interrupted patient care. Highlighting the impact of this collaboration, Cary Gahm, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of GoTu, stated: “Staffing shortages continue to be one of the most significant challenges facing dental practices. Partnering with Henry Schein allows us to bring reliable, scalable workforce support to more offices across the country. Together, we can help practices stabilize their teams and ensure patients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care.” By integrating a flexible placement engine into the dentistry’s most trusted advisor network, this collaboration allows independent practices to reduce administrative overhead, keep up with continuous operational productivity, and enhance clinical outcomes.
