Lyra Health, a leading provider of workforce mental health care solutions, has appointed Leslie Riggs as Chief People Officer, effective September 14, 2026.
Riggs transitions to Lyra Health from Fortune 500 footwear and apparel retailer Skechers, where she oversaw global Human Resources across operations spanning 180 countries. She brings more than two decades of HR executive experience covering organizational development, talent strategy, change management, and total rewards programs across both public and private enterprise environments. Her background includes major organizational transformations, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Belk, where she directed post-acquisition cultural and strategic integration.
In her new capacity, Riggs will oversee Lyra’s global People function, aligning workforce talent strategy with operational performance as the company continues to scale its mental health platform globally.

Beyond enterprise HR management, Riggs holds a Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University and has a history of advocacy in community wellbeing, including serving as President of the Board of Directors for Teen Health Connection.
