ABB has renewed its long-standing Digital Workplace Services contract with Wipro to modernize workplace operations and enhance employee experiences across its global workforce. Under the expanded engagement, Wipro will deliver AI-enabled workplace services using its Wipro Intelligence™ suite, AI Live Workspace™, Digital Workplace Services, and WINGS AI-powered operations platform. The initiative will leverage SmartOps, Wipro’s AIOps capability, to introduce more autonomous and predictive workplace support through GenAI-powered self-service, virtual agents, auto-remediation, and AI-assisted dispatch. Wipro will also use workplace telemetry and usage insights to optimize device lifecycle management and strengthen endpoint security operations, supporting ABB’s broader digital transformation and sustainability objectives.
