Fischthal brings over 20 years of human resources leadership experience to the High Point, North Carolina-based organization. Her executive background encompasses talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, culture transformation, and strategic talent management across complex corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has acted as a strategic advisor to executive teams, focusing on building sustainable leadership pipelines and aligning workforce strategy with core business objectives.
In her new role, Fischthal will oversee Key Risk’s human resources operations, talent strategy, and organizational development initiatives.
