Vantage Circle has completed its Workday Design Approved Integration, connecting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management with its Recognition and Rewards platform to create more connected employee recognition workflows. The API-enabled, bi-directional integration uses standard Workday platform APIs to transfer worker information from Workday to Vantage Circle and synchronize recognition activity back to Workday Anytime Feedback. Employee changes, including new hires, terminations, department or position updates, and other workforce data changes, can automatically flow into Vantage Circle, while recognition events such as badges and multi-user recognitions are sent back to Workday.

The integration is designed around a configuration-only setup, eliminating the need for Workday Studio or Workday Extend and simplifying deployment for organizations. It enables the ability to carry out an initial complete data load followed by continuous daily syncing to ensure that the information of the employees and recognitions is consistent between the two applications. It further facilitates a wide array of languages such as English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and many other languages thus making it possible for companies globally to adopt this solution.
