The acquisition combines Lightcast’s trusted labor market data and skill standards with Skill Collective’s consulting expertise, creating a comprehensive solution to help organizations transition toward skills-first strategies.
Under the new structure, Skill Collective will operate as Skill Collective – a Lightcast Company, continuing to lead client engagements while benefiting from Lightcast’s data-driven infrastructure for measuring, benchmarking, and scaling transformation efforts.
