The solution, Bill Pay, Powered by BILL, is available through Paychex Flex® and is designed to help small and midsize businesses (SMBs) streamline operations, gain financial clarity, and reduce manual work.
The launch addresses a growing need among SMBs for automation and visibility. According to the 2025 BILL Report, 40% of SMBs that have not automated financial operations plan to do so within six months, while 62% struggle to immediately view their cash position across accounts. By uniting HR, payroll, and payments, Paychex and BILL aim to give business leaders real-time insights to make smarter financial decisions.
