Tech hiring platform hackajob has rolled out three AI voice agents designed to automate recruitment tasks, accelerate candidate matching, and give talent acquisition teams more time to focus on human-led interactions. The move builds on hackajob’s position as one of the largest AI-driven tech recruitment platforms, trusted by more than one million professionals worldwide.

The three agents – Chase, Archer, and Thena tackle different stages of the hiring process. Chase sources and engages talent, already conducting tens of thousands of candidate conversations weekly. Archer boosts conversion rates from inbound applications, delivering a 24x increase in successful matches and raising interview invitations to 17%, compared with an industry average of 3%. Thena accelerates shortlisting by cutting manual review time by 70%, improving efficiency for hiring managers.

Mark Chaffey, Co-Founder and CEO of hackajob, emphasized the company’s decade-long investment in data quality and automation. “At hackajob, we’ve spent the last decade building the largest dataset of first-party talent and hiring interactions in our space, investing in deeper automation and maintaining a crystal-clear focus on data quality and matching accuracy. These foundations mean our AI doesn’t just sound smart – it actually works in the messy, real world of recruiting.”
