UKG Inc. will acquire Inova Payroll, a U.S. provider of payroll and human capital management services. This aims to enhance support for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) by expanding outsourced HR and benefits services. The deal will meet standard closing conditions and is expected to finalize in early 2026. It combines UKG’s AI-driven HR, pay, and workforce management platform with Inova’s strong SMB presence and expertise in service. Based in Nashville, Inova serves over 4,000 businesses and is the largest nationwide reseller of the UKG Ready® suite. They offer outsourced HR services and benefits brokerage.
