WSI and Ribbon Team Up to Accelerate SMB Hiring with Strategic AI and Human Insight

WSI, a worldwide leader in strategy-first AI and digital marketing solutions, has rolled out a new partnership with Ribbon, a hiring solutions tool using AI to help recruit new staff in a manner that is both efficient, saving time, yet also utilizes human judgement. The alliance is expected to help SMBs accelerate hiring, reducing it from weeks to days.

Hiring remains a challenge for SMBs, and traditional hiring methods tend to take an average of 11 weeks for a position to be filled. Ribbon tackles this problem by leveraging conversational AI that conducts voice and video interviews that sound as if they were conducted by humans, automating screening and shortening time-to-interview from 48 hours to less than five minutes. As a result, WSI Consultants will help its SMB clients implement Ribbon’s solution into their hiring processes as part of this new strategic partnership.
