Dragos, Inc., a global leader in operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, has named Dawn Mitchell as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Mitchell will oversee Dragos’s People organization, aligning talent strategy with business priorities to support the company’s continued global expansion and the rising demand for OT cybersecurity. She will focus on scaling the organization, expanding into new markets, and maintaining the technical expertise and operational performance critical to protecting industrial and critical infrastructure.

Mitchell brings over 15 years of experience leading people strategy for cybersecurity and enterprise software organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation. She has built people functions from the ground up, guided teams through scaling initiatives, and collaborated with executive leadership to ensure workforce strategies support business objectives while preserving culture and operational discipline.
