Veena Bricker Named Chief Human Resources Officer at KnowBe4

KnowBe4, a leading platform addressing human and agentic AI risk management, has appointed Veena Bricker as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Reporting directly to CEO Bryan Palma, Bricker will oversee the company’s global people strategy, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training programs, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Bricker brings over 30 years of executive HR experience, with extensive expertise in the technology sector and private equity portfolio companies, guiding organizations through IPOs, strategic exits, and transformational growth initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Flexential, and her prior roles include CHRO of Optiv Security Inc., Principal and Managing Director at Blake Street Group, and senior leadership positions at CoreSite, Avaya, McDATA, and Qwest Cyber Solutions.
