The AI-driven workforce management provider is scaling operations while advancing its mission to improve the quality of hourly work through technology, making talent strategy a central priority.

Montgomery joins the executive team with extensive experience building people functions in fast-growing, venture-backed organizations. Earlier, she held senior HR roles at Pangea Money Transfer, helping guide the company through periods of rapid growth and organizational change.

Over the course of her career, Montgomery has delivered measurable outcomes through structured people strategies, including boosting employee engagement by more than 20% and reducing voluntary attrition by up to 50% in key roles.
