Paychex Unveils AI-Powered Participant Event Notifications to Strengthen Advisor Support and Retirement Outcomes

Share

Paychex has launched Participant Event Notifications. This new AI feature in the Paychex Flex® Advisor Console provides financial advisors with real-time insights on important retirement plan milestones. It blends payroll and plan data to notify advisors when participants have important age, job, or eligibility changes. This enables proactive outreach and helps improve long-term financial results.

As wealth management and retirement planning merge, advisors need timely insights. These insights strengthen client relationships and uncover new opportunities. Participant Event Notifications inform advisors about key events. These include job status changes, upcoming age milestones, updates to retirement contributions, and new eligible employees who haven’t enrolled. These alerts are customizable and help advisors connect with participants at important times. This guidance improves retirement readiness and supports business growth.

“Paychex is deeply committed to helping Americans secure their financial futures,” said Scott Buffington, vice president and general manager of retirement at Paychex. “As the 401(k) recordkeeper for 124,000 plans, we feel a great deal of responsibility to provide plan sponsors and financial advisors with innovative tools that enable proactive, personalized participant support. Participant Event Notifications deliver critical data—at no additional charge—so advisors can make smarter, more timely recommendations that meet participants where they are on their financial journey.”

Paychex has made more improvements. These include expanded automated audit packages and strong cybersecurity measures.
