TrueComp, a provider of workforce compensation analytics, has announced a new partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp., a leading government IT solutions distributor. The collaboration aims to bring advanced analytics tools to public sector agencies, helping them make informed decisions around hiring, labor costs, and long-term workforce planning.
Through the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as TrueComp’s Master Government Aggregator®, making TrueComp’s software and services available via Carahsoft’s network of resellers and government procurement contracts, including NASA SEWP V, NASPO ValuePoint, and OMNIA Partners.

The software is also designed to help governments develop long-term plans for recruitment, retention, and talent development.
